As the wine warms, it quickly reveals a bouquet of passionfruit, lime, and green herbal notes. The palate has a lively, limey zip. It was, however, as suggested by the text very acidic in nature, and it was not overly sweet. I served the wine as suggested by the book, which was chilled without decanting.
